Gun has 96% blue, and an excellent bore and grips. Factory letter to Springfield Armory in 1900. Colt 1903 U.S. Navy .38 Colt caliber revolver manufactured in 1904. Has U.S. Navy and anchor on butt with inspector initials. Probably has 93-95% blue, but has tiny dings and nicks.
