Winchester 1886 Arapahoe County marked rifle. Excellent cased hardened frame gun with 95% bright case colors. the left hand side of the frame is factory engraved "Arapahoe County" for Arapahoe County, Colorado. This gun is in 40-82 and is possibly unfired. all of the blue remains on the barrel. The wood is very fine match ing the condition of the gun. A factory letter comes with this gun confirming all features. Gun was made in 1894.

Winchester 1886 .33 WCF caliber takedown rifle half magazine. Excellent bore. Made about 1931. Receiver has 3 extra holes for side mount scope. Gun has about 85-90% original blue. Stocks are very good with flaking varnish. Overall condition is about very good.

Winchester 1886 .40-.82 caliber. Has “W.F. Sheard, Livingston MT” marked on it. Sheard was a gunsmith and a gun store in Livingston. He also designed the Sheard front sight used on Winchesters. Nice western 1886.

Winchester 1886 .40-82 caliber saddle ring carbine made in 1894. Rifle was refinished long ago, but has turned mostly to a gray brown patina mixed with blue. Wood looks good over all, but there are repairs at the forearm and wrist. Bore is poor. 1886 carbines are hard to find and this is a reasonably priced example.

Winchester 1886 .45-90 caliber deluxe rifle with letter. Gun has a factory inscribed monogram on left side of receiver, but it does not mention it in the letter. Gun has about 25-30% case colors (more on right side than left). Has fancy stock with excellent checkering and very good bore.

Winchester 1886 .45-90 caliber rifle. 98% blue on barrel, 93-95% case colors on frame, hammer, lever and buttplate. Wood has had a coat of varnish added long ago. Bore is about very good. Factory letter accompanies this gun. Beautiful case colored 86!

Winchester Model 1886 45-70 caliber rifle. Excellent bore. Action works fine. Barrel is not original and hammer spur has been broken off and replaced with a non-original spur. Forend is cracked and is missing wood from each side. Gun has some faults as described but should be a good shooter. Priced reasonably.
