Unmarked Bacon Style Single Shot Derringer with inscription. This gun has a brass frame that has been silver plated and there is still 70% of the original silver remaining. The barrel has been cleaned and it is completely unmarked except for a serial number on the bottom of the barrel that matches the serial number on the frame underneath the right grip. The backstrap has the name G. M. Armstrong. In our course of research we encountered several people with the initials G. M. Armstrong but we cannot narrow it down to one person.
