Colt Lightning San Francisco Police .44-40 caliber rifle. Colt Lightning rifle in excellent condition. 97%+ of the original blue remains. Wood shows some normal light storage marks. The lower tang has “S.F.P.79” which is the San Francisco Police marking. These guns were purchased but never used. Eventually they were sold by the police department back in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Bore is excellent. A very fine rifle in excellent condition!
