This is a World War II bandoleer of six Garand rifle clips for a total 48 rounds of .30-06 cartridges with cardboard inserts & an original lot card. Headstamp is LC 42 indicating manufacture at Lake City Ordnance Plant in Independence, Missouri in 1942. This ammunition has CORROSIVE primers.
