DWM 1906 Luger 9mm (PR34673)

DWM 1906 Luger 9mm pistol. One of 3,820 Lugers produced by DWM in 1928 for the Dutch East Indies Army. The serial number of this pistol falls into the range. (see Page 139 of The Dutch Luger by Martens and de Vries.) This Luger has the Dutch East Indies Army mark KOL on the right side of the barrel extension. Matching serial numbers except for the magazine, front toggle link and middle toggle link. The bore has strong rifling and is dark in the grooves. About 75% finish with patina. It has specially made (at the Dutch Colonial Arsenal) grip screws. Because of the long years of service in a tropical climate, most of these Lugers are not in good condition. This is one of the better examples we have seen. Good plus overall condition. Hard to Find!
