Purchase

  • Please email or call us toll free 1-877-214-9327 to find out if the item you are interested in is available.
  • Once we agree the item is available, we will hold the item 5 business days awaiting payment. If payment is not received in 5 business days the item will be returned to stock immediately.
  • We accept:
    -All major credit cards. Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
    -Western Union Wired U.S. funds. Contact us to find out whose name to use on the wire. Click here to find a Western Union Agent location near you.
    -Money Orders and Cashier Checks.
    -Personal Checks and shipping will follow in 10 business days.
  • Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.

Shipping

  • Each purchase is prepared for shipment, and is packed by professional packers.
  • Boxes and all packing supplies is purchased new to offer strong, reliable packaging during shipment.
  • Please allow no less than 4-7 days for properly packing items purchased.(Weekends & Holidays not included.) After an item has been properly packed, it will then be picked up by UPS, Federal Express or United States Postal Service for delivery.
  • Items requiring a FFL or C&R are received in shipping when the item is paid-in-full and we have a signed in ink FFL or C&R (FFL & C&R must have legible Premise Address and License Number). C&R's must be signed in ink and mailed. C&R's are accepted by mail only. All FFL's where validity may be verified on ATF's EZ Check website may be faxed or emailed, and again, must have legible Premise Address and License Number.
  • We do offer Next Day shipping at an additional cost. Please ask for a quote.
  • No refunds on shipping costs.
  • Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.

International Sales

  • We welcome International purchases.
  • We must receive payment within 5 business days. If payment is not received in 5 business days the item will be returned to stock immediately.
  • We accept:
    -Western Union wired in U.S. funds. Contact us to find out whose name to use on the wire.Click here to find a Western Union Agent location near you.
    -OR-
    -Wired Bank transfer. Contact us for Banking information.
    -PayPal is accepted for any items other than firearms or ammunition. The account must have a confirmed address. The item will be shipped to the confirmed address only. Due to current PayPal policy, we are unable to accept PayPal for the purchase of any antique firearm, modern firearm, ammunition, weapons or knives.
    -Canada - We will accept a U.S. Dollar Money Order issued from a USA bank.
    -United Kingdom - We will accept a U.S. Dollar Money Order from Bank Clare or one issued from a USA bank.
  • International purchases will be shipped United States Postal Service Express Mail, Federal Express, or UPS only.
  • Due to the current policies of Federal Express and UPS, an anitque firearm or sword may have to go to an exporter for shipment.
  • Invoices on all shipments reflect the correct purchase price. All documentation must match: packing invoice, custom invoice, Shippers Export Declaration(SED) and shipping invoice. No exceptions.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the laws of their country regarding the legality of receiving any item. Items seized by foreign government agencies/customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to Collectors Firearms, Inc.
  • Please refer to our "Return Policy" for conditions of refunds.

Lay-Aways

  • We offer a 90 day Lay-Away.
  • Down payment must be received within 5 days.
  • 20% is required as down payment.
  • There is NO inspection period on Lay-Aways
  • All Lay-Aways must be paid-in-full within 90 days. Lay-Aways not claimed in 90 days and returned items are subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price of the item(s).
  • Lay-Aways returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No refunds on shipping costs.
  • Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.

Return Policy

  • We give a three day inspection period. (This doen NOT apply to Lay-Aways.)
  • We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to qualify to receive a refund.
  • We refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs.
  • Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.
  • It is the responsibility of the international purchaser to be aware of the laws of their country regarding the legality of receiving any item. Items seized by foreign government agencies/customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to Collectors Firearms, Inc.

Trades

We are always open to trades however it is very difficult to accomplish trades on items we have not seen. We prefer to reserve trades for in person transactions due to the problem of evaluating something sight unseen. If you elect to send item(s) to us to evaluate we will do so and make you the best offer we can. You will need to cover shipping costs both ways if we are unable to reach an agreeable trade amount.
