SN:126684. Made in 1901. .41 Cal. Bore in in good condition. Double action 1877 revolver. Blued finish and grips are in good condition with scattered pitting. Grips are in very good condition with light handling wear. Overall condition is good action needs work. (CONSIGNMENT)

Serial number 138670. Made circa 1902. 41 Colt caliber with a 4 ½” barrel. This gun is New York engraved and was shipped to M. Hartley & Co with the “soft” designation which indicated the dealer ordered the gun to be engraved. The metal has a dark gray patina. All markings are visible. The grips show normal carry wear.

Serial number 141735. Made in 1903. 38 Colt caliber with a 4 ½” barrel. This gun has 50% of the original blue finish. Some case colors remain on the frame. The grips are fantastic two piece pearls with a carved Mexican eagle on the right hand side. The piteado Holster is a double loop style feature vinal type scrolls. The cartridge belt is filled with dummy wood bullets....

SN 71590. Early double-action revolver made by Colt in 1888. 4.5" barrel with .41 Long Colt cylinder. Nickel finish not original, but otherwise great condition. Grips are excellent. Action times and locks up correctly, including the double-action. Barrel and frame match but loading gate does not. Trigger guard bears the Colt rework star.

Serial number 158809. Made in 1905. 38 Colt caliber with 4 ½” barrel. Gun is in near mint condition as professionally refinished. Grips are nicely aged ivories.

SN:127119. Manufactured in 1901, .38 Long Colt, 4.5" barrel. Bore is in very good condition. Double action revolver with blued barrel and black colt grips. Overall condition is very good.

SN:114413. Made in 1899, .38 Long Colt with a 4.5" barrel. Bore is poor, dark with pitting and good rifling. Double action revolver with functioning action. Has about 50% remaining nickel plating, with the rest grey patina. The grips are good with wear and a small chip.

SN: 148649. Made in 1904, 38 Long Colt caliber with a 4.5" barrel. Bore is very good, bright with light etching. Double action revolver with about 60% blue finish and traces of case colors. The grips are very good with light wear. The backstrap is engraved "Wells Fargo" very lightly. There's no record that Wells Fargo every ordered Colt Lightnings so we assume the marking was added later...

Serial number 109888. Made in 1898. 41 Colt with a 3 ½” barrel. Very good as refinished.

Manufactured in 1904. Barrel is 4.5". Action works properly. Bore has strong rifling with some pitting. Metal has a grey patina. Good overall condition.

NSN. Approximately 38 caliber with a 4 ½” barrel. The ejector rod is missing. Metal has an even dark brown patina.

Lightning with 3 1/2" barrel commonly referred to as the storekeepers or sheriffs model. Bore has strong rifling with frosting. Action works properly. Screws are very good, no buggered heads. Grips are very good, no cracks. Metal has a patina color. Overall this is a good Lightning model.

Serial Number 99038. 38 caliber with a 3 ½” barrel. This gun is in very good condition with 80% of the original nickel finish. Fire blue remains on the screws. Grips are good and show carry wear. This is a sheriff’s model which means there is an absence of the ejector rod housing. Action works well. Very fine Colt Sheriff’s model Colt 1877 Lightning.

Manufactured in 1904. The barrel is 4.5". The bore is very good plus, shiny with strong rifling and light etching towards the rear of the barrel. The action works perfectly. The grips are excellent. The revolver has approximately 92% of its original blue and is beginning to fade. The hammer and trigger have most of their nitre blue intact. Overall very good condition.

Six-round Colt revolver with 4.5" barrel. Manufactured in 1903. This revolver has 99% of its original blue, 100% vivid case colors and the nitre blued parts are brilliantly colored. The action works perfectly. The bore is excellent. grips are in excellent condition. This Colt Thunderer is in excellent condition and it would be hard to find another one as good!

Double action, six-shot revolver with 4.5" barrel, and made in 1902. The bore is in very good condition with strong rifling and light frost in the grooves. The action works perfectly.
