Colt Derringers & Pocket Pistols

SN: MS23059. Made in 1996. .380 with a 2.75" barrel. Bore is excellent. Steel frame pocket pistol. Finish and grips are in excellent condition. Pistol has colt medallion grips. Overall condition is excellent. Comes with case. (CONSIGNMENT)

Serial No. 2318, circa 1870's, .41 caliber, 2.5" round "COLT" marked barrel, bore is very good with light surface frosting visible, rifling remains strong. Barrels finish is brown grey patina with small traces of blue. Silver plated frame has light flaking with edges being worn. Grips have discoloration but remain in good overall condition. Action functions correctly. Consignment 

SN: 23314D / 23315D. 1960's vintage .22 Shorts with 2.5" barrels. Pair of Colt Derringer .22 Short pistols with aged finish, in a made up gamblers set with cards, dice and chips. Comes in a wooden case. A neat set, in good condition.

SN: RC30918. Made in 1984. .380 with a 3.25" barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Steel frame pocket pistol. Blue finish is in very good condition. Colt grips are in near perfect condition with minimal handling wear. Overall excellent condition pocket pistol. Consignment.

41RF with 2 ½” barrel. Barrel has been cleaned and has some pitting. Action cocks, but does not have a smooth release.

SN: 543LDR/544LDR. Lord and Lady set of single shot derringers in fancy case. 1960s vintage, excellent condition.

Standard model with sloping hammer. Manufactured most likely in the 1880's-1890's. Action works properly. Frame has most of it's original plating. Good to very good overall condition.

Single shot Colt Derringer with 2.5" flat top barrel. The Colt address is clear and excellent. The bore is very good with strong rifling. The action works properly. The hammer holds on full and half cock. This derringer was originally factory nickel plated and remnants of that finish remain under the barrel.

Pair of single shot .22 short derringers, cased together in a small presentation case. The guns show light wear, overall very good condition.

"Cop and Thug" model single action 5-shot revolver with 4.5" barrel, made in 1884. The bore is very good and has strong rifling with light frosting in the grooves. The action works perfectly. Colt 3rd Model Thuer Derringer .41 Rimfire caliber pistol. Bore is excellent. Hammer has 100% case colors. Trigger has 99% blue. Gun has 99% original nickel. Grips have 99% original varnish. If you want a top notch # 3 Colt this is the one!

Colt 3rd Model Deringer. Made in the 1870s – 1880s. This gun has a smooth gray patina on the barrel with a nice sharp barrel marking. Frame has 60% of the nickel finish. Grips are very good.

Colt 3rd Model Derringer. Made in the 1870s – 1880s. This gun is transition model with the tight curl to the grip but the sloped hammer. Barrel has a gray mottled patina. Frame has no finish. Grips are good.

Early “Pregnant Frame” Colt 3rd Model Derringer. Early gun with the raised bolster on the forward section of the frame. Barrel has a dark gray patina. Grips are original but have some chips. This gun has seen a fair amount use.

Excellent Colt 3rd Model Derringer. Made in the 1870s – 1880s. This gun has a smooth gray patina with light spots of pitting. Barrel address is visible. 50% of the nickel finish remains. Grips are good.

Colt 3rd Model Derringer from Colt Museum Collection. Beautiful gun! 96-97% of the original nickel. Beautiful grips with all of the original varnish. Fire blue on all of the screws is still present. Single-shot Colt derringer. The bore is good with good rifling and some pitting. The factory nickel is mostly intact aside from some flaking near the muzzle and the breech retaining approximately 85% of its finish. The grips are very good with some handling wear. Overall a good looking pistol.

Thuer deringer manufactured in the 1870's. Metal has a gray and brown patina. Action works. Good overall condition.
