Colt Single Actions - 1st Generation

SN: 233913. Made in 1902. .44-40 (.44 WCF) caliber with a 5.5" barrel. 1st Gen Colt Single Action restored by Turnbull. Has the original period wood grips that came with the gun, as well as the original parts that were taken off for the restoration. A great looking Colt revolver, in excellent condition as restored.

Serial number 221746. Made in 1902. 38-40 caliber with a 4.75" barrel. Very fine gun with 60% of the original blue mixed with a bluish gray patina. Frame still has approximately 50% of the case colors. Grips are very good. All Numbers match.

Serial number 322320. Made in 1912. 44-40 caliber with a 5 3/8” barrel. This gun has been after market engraved. The barrel as either 5 ½” or 7 ½” and has been shortened. The grips have been decorated with rhinestones.

Manufactured in 1903. Barrel is 5.5". Bore has strong rifling and is bright and shiny. Action works perfectly. Metal has a thinning blue turning to patina on barrel. Cylinder has some light pitting and is the same patina color as the frame. Grips are very good, no chips or cracks. Good overall condition. A reasonably priced Bisley model.

SN:228717. Manufactured in 1902. Barrel is 5.5". Metal has a thinning blue turning to a grey patina. Action works properly. Bore has strong rifling with frosting. Very good overall condition.

Serial number 77522. Made in 1882. 45 LC with a 7 ½” barrel. Very fine black powder gun with 60% of the period finish. This gun most likely shipped to New York and finished in Nickel by one of the main distributors. This gun has vert fine wood grips that has a extra coat of varnish.
