Colt U.S. Military

SN: 146080. Made in 1918. .357 Magnum with a 4" barrel. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. U.S. Military double action revolver. Revolver has been rechambered to .357 Magnum with a new barrel and cylinder with a custom front sight. Finish is in good condition with thinning noted near the muzzle and cylinder. Custom grips are in good condition. Overall good condition. (Consignment)

SN:1143882. Made in 1943. .45Acp with a 5" barrel. Bore is dark in the groves with strong rifling. WWII US Army pistol Finish has be chromed and is in fair condition. Grips are in good condition with handling wear. Pistol frame is stamped G,H,D and has C.S.Spinks engraved on slide. Overall condition is good.(CONSIGNMENT)

Serial number 33813. Made in 1877. 45 LC caliber with a 5 ½” barrel. This gun has a mostly gray patina with original finish in the protected areas.  The frame is Louis Draper inspected which is one of the most rare of the government inspectors. Grips show a fair amount of wear. There is a number lightly scratched into the barrel.

Serial number 116114. Made in 1885. 45 LC caliber with a 5 ½” barrel. This is a very fine Artillery Model with 40% - 50% of the original blue. Case colors are still visible on the frame. The grips show some wear and have been refinished to where you cannot see the cartouches.

Serial No. 223616, made in 1919, .45ACP, 5.5" round barrel. Overall finish as turned to a grey patina with traces of blue visible in protected areas. Bore is good with light coat of surface frosting in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Left side of the barrel is marked "Colt D.A. 45" Top is marked with two lines barrel address. Rampant Colt is marked left side upper frame with Eagle head...

Serial number 568010. Made in 1943. 32 ACP caliber with a 3 ¾” barrel. Gun is in mint condition, unfired still coated in cosmoline. This gun was issued to Colonel John Arrowsmith who later was promoted to Brigadier General. Serial number 922575. Made in 1943. 45 ACP with a 5” barrel. This gun has 90% of the original parkerized finish. Grips are excellent. 

Serial number 156612. Made in 1917. 45 ACP with a 5” barrel. Gun is in mint condition. Impossible to improve upon.

SN: 311419. Made in 1918 by COLT's Patent Firearms with a 5.03-inch barrel. Pistol is equipped with the short tang grip safety, a Type C long beavertail hammer, long trigger, Type B "U" notch rear sight, the Type 1 flat mainspring housing & a Type 3 "round detent" recoil spring plug. The frame is marked with an eagle head "S11" inspection mark on the left side above the magazine release....

SN:1704608. Made in 1944. .45 ACP with a 5" Barrel. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. WWII Military pistol. The gun has been arsenal refurbished and has 95% finish. Grips are original WWII plastic and are in very good Condition. Frame has G.H.D on left side of trigger and slide p proof mark on top of slide. Overall condition is very good. (CONSIGNMENT)

SN: 256180. Made in 1918, .45 ACP with a 5" barrel. Bore is very good with light wear. WWI issue U.S. military pistol. Has about 90% original finish with some pitting on the slide. The grips are very good. A good looking Colt 1911 except for the pitting. Consignment.

Serial No. 194384E, made in 1919, .45ACP, 5.5" round barrel. Dull parkerized finish is starting to turn to a light grey patina. Bore is good with light surface frosting visible in the grooves. Two piece wooden grips have expected handling wear with nicks, dings and scratches noted. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock up. Consignment

SN:485731. Made in 1918, .45 ACP, with a 5" barrel. Bore is evenly frosted with minor pitting. Full size US military pistol stamped with " Model of 1911 U.S. Army" on right side of slide. Has some visible original blue with brown patina. Checkered wood grips are very good plus. Overall in good plus condition.

SN: 69712. WWI production .45 ACP with a 5.5" barrel. Bore is good with strong rifling and light pitting. WWI US military revolver in very good condition. Has "MWD 170" etched into the frame. Consignment.

SN: 241006. Made in 1918, 45 ACP with a 5" barrel. Bore is very good. WWI US military pistol. Has about 85% original finish with some speckling and some wear on the grip frame. A good looking example. Overall very good condition.

SN: 876650. Made in 1943, .45 ACP with a 5" barrel. Bore is excellent. U.S. military pistol sent to England for WWII use. Excellent condition with 95% original finish and typical British proof marks. A great example.

Serial No. 184600, circa 1917, .45ACP, 5.5" round barrel. Revolver is a dark grey patina with traces of blue visible. Butt serial number has been removed, bore is good with light frosting visible in grooves. A chip of wood loss is noted on the left side grip. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock up. 

SN: 244170H. Made in 1919. .45 ACP with a 5.5" barrel. Bore is in good condition with minor pitting. U.S. service revolver with very good wood grips. Overall condition is very good.

SN:2672. Made in 1895. .38 LC cal. with 6" barrel. Bore is very good. US military revolver with 40% original blue mixed with patina. Has inspector markings. Original wood grips are very good with visible cartouche. Overall good condition.

Serial number 31994. Made in 1876. 45 LC caliber with a 7 ½” barrel. This is a very nice sharp gun inspected by a very rare inspector. The metal has an even gray patina throughout.
