Colt 1861 Navy revolver. Made in 1863. Very fine condition. Colt 1861 Navy revolvers are hard to find in nice condition. Barrel has 95% of the original finish. Frame has excellent case colors. Cylinder even has excellent finish. Grips have all of the original varnish. Gun is all matching. A very fine piece!

Colt 1861 Navy .36 caliber revolver. All numbers are matching. Bore is fair with strong rifling. Action works perfectly. Grips are very good. On the cylinder the Colt’s patent and cylinder number are clear but no scene is visible. Smooth patina with no pits or abuse. This is a nice example of a well-cared for Civil War revolver.

Serial number 18185 E. "E" indicates engraved. All matching numbers with very good cylinder scene. A very handsome revolver with great looks that Colt collectors love to see.
