Colt 1861 Navy Conversion of the Richards-Mason type. Serial number 32XXX. This is a civilian pistol sent to Colt for conversion. Bore is very good. Action works perfectly. Grips are very good with about 70% original varnish. Gun has about 90-94% original nickel. This is a very handsome model with very pleasing lines.

Colt 1861 Navy revolver. Factory engraved by Gustave Young in the running vine pattern. Silver plated with gold plated rammer and cylinder. Carved and checkered Mexican eagle and snake ivory grips. Serial number 18185 E. "E" indicates engraved. All matching numbers with very good cylinder scene. A very handsome revolver with great looks that Colt collectors love to see.
