Winchester - Model 1885

SN: 26463. Made in 1888. .22 Short with a 24" octagon barrel. Bore is dull with strong rifling remaining. Low wall Winchester single shot falling block rifle. Rifle has a dark brown patina noted through out and typical handling wear on the wood for a rifle of the time. Action functions correctly. Overall good condition.

SN: 00109MV85L. Modern production. .45-90 with a 34” half octagon barrel. Bore is excellent. Winchester Reproduction of the 1885 Falling block rifle. Finish is in very good condition with vibrant case colors on the receiver. Top of the receiver has been drilled and tapped for a scope mount. Stock is in very good condition with light hunting wear noted. Overall very good condition.

SN: 133206. Made in 1919. .22 short with a 28" barrel. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. Low wall single shot rifle. Has about 85% blue with wear on the receiver. The wood is in excellent condition with minimal handling wear. Has a Lyman 422 Expert scope. Overall very good condition. (CONSIGNMENT)

SN: 81997. Made in 1898. .38-55 with a 30" octagonal barrel. Bore is dull with strong rifling. Antique single shot falling block Winchester. Rifle has a brown/gray patina throughout. Wood stock is in good condition with handling wear noted throughout, their is a repair noted at the front of the forend. Action functions properly. Overall good condition. Consignment.

SN: 00112MR85H. Modern production. 38-55 with a 16.5" barrel. Japanese made single shot Trapper carbine. Excellent condition.

SN:00079ZT85E. Modern production .45-70 Government with a 28" barrel. Bore is excellent. single shot rifle with tang sight and octagon barrel. Wood is very good. Overall condition is excellent.

SN: 82153. Made in 1898, 38-40 caliber with a 28” barrel. Bore is excellent, bright and shiny. Low Wall single shot rifle in excellent overall condition. Has 98% original blue on the barrel. Has 97% strong case colors on the receiver. The stock is very good with light marks. An exceptional example in great condition.

SN: 00249MV85F. Modern production. .22-250 Remington with a 28" barrel, bore is excellent. Single shot rifle, falling block action, octagonal barrel and checkered walnut furniture. Overall condition is excellent. Comes with Leupold VX-2 3-9x40 riflescope and sling.

SN:00064ZN85H. Made in 2019. .38-55 caliber with 28" barrel. Japanese made single shot rifle with case colored receiver and 28" octagon barrel. Has a tang peep sight. Excellent condition.

SN:9412. Manufactured in 1887. Barrel is marked "1" on underside and is 26" half round half octagon. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Action works properly. Stocks are good with some field wear. Good overall condition.

SN:86818. Manufactured in 1901. Bore has been rechambered and is marked .219 Bore. Barrel is marked with Winchester address and measures 26". Schutzen butt plate. Tang adjustable rear peep sight. Bore is excellent. Very good overall condition.

SN:51570. Manufactured in 1891. Rifle has been rebarreled at the factory. No. 4 barrel is 32" half round half octagon and has Winchester address directly under Unertl scope along with "Stevens-Pope" address on left flat. Barrel is also Winchester proofed directly infront of .32-40 caliber marking. Bore is excellent. Comes with an Unertl 14X scope. Opitcs are clear and cross hairs are...

SN:114638. Single shot rifle. Barrel is 24". Bore has strong rifling with some pitting. Action works properly. Metal has a mostly brown patina. Good overall condition.

SN:134513. Scarce US marked training rife. Metal has a mostly brown patina. Action works properly. Bore has strong rifling with two minor pits. Tang is marked with U.S. over flaming bomb. Good overall condition.

SN:17734. Manufactured in 1887. Barrel is marked 40 EX. Bore has strong rifling with pitting. Action works properly. Metal has a grey patina. Good overall condition.

Winchester 1885 Custom Deluxe .25-20 SS caliber rifle. Custom work is very professionally done and is dated on top of the barrel “4-20-20”. Barrel and frame have been restored. Wood is beautiful full figured deluxe and checkered with a cheek piece and a Swiss style butt plate. Gun has double set triggers. Bore is excellent!

Single-shot rifle with 24.25" octagonal barrel. Made in 1912. The bore is excellent. The barrel has 95% of its original factory blue. The receiver has a brown patina. The stocks are very good with normal handling marks and has good original factory varnish. forend has the correct ebony insert at the nose. Overall a good looking and well cared for Low Wall.

Beautiful Schuetzen style engraved 1885.  Barrel is 30" and is a number two weight. Frame is engraved with a flowing foliate pattern on both sides. The muzzle end has matching engraving style to frame. Bore has strong rifling with some light pitting. Barrel has been refinished and looks fantastic. Very good plus overall condition. A handsomely engraved High Wall.

Winder style 22 Short Winchester low wall single shot musket. Metal has a smooth gray and brown patina with some cleaning marks on barrel. Bore has bright, strong rifling with a mark toward the muzzle. Action works properly. Very good overall condition. The Winder style Winchester Model 1885 musket that is not U.S. marked like this one is hard to find.

Number 4 weight barrel. Bore is excellent. Rifle has adjustable double set triggers. Barrel address and caliber markings are perfectly legible. Rifle has a four inch tang sight. Rifle was made in 1919. Swiss style butt plate. Barrel is 29.5". Rifle weights 11 lbs 9 oz. Overall a very good high Wall in a popular target caliber.
