Winchester 1897 12 Gauge shotgun. Manufactured approximately 1804. Factory original riot gun. Barrel length is 20”. This is a solid frame (non-takedown) model. Bore is excellent and action works perfectly. Gun has about 93-95% original blue. Forend is excellent. Buttstock shows use that is not consistent with the rest of the gun, so it may be a replacement. A fine condition ’97 riot gun!

Winchester 1897 12 Gauge shotgun. Model 97 riot gun with original bayonet attachment manufactured approximately 1922. Comes with a nice Remington 1917 dated bayonet. Barrel is factory marked “CYL” for cylinder bore. Frame and stock are marked “718” which may be a factory or bank guard gun, or a defense plant gun. Gun has 93-95% blue. Stocks are very good as is the buttplate. Bore is excellent....
