This 1893 model revolving carbine was made in Belgium by H. Pieper of Liege. These 9 shot revolving cylinder 8mm Pieper caliber carbines were used by the Mexican Rurales. The action is similar to the 1895 "gas seal" Nagant revolver. The overall length is approx. 37.5". The interior of the frame and cylinder crane are stamped with the serial number, 399. There are no other markings visible....
