Serial No. G3463, made in 1888. .577/450 with a 33" round proofed barrel. Bore is good with frosting visible in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Barrel and receiver are a brown/grey patina with traces of original blue noted. Stock shows expected nicks,dings and scratches. Handsome cartouches are visible on the right side buttsock. Action functions correctly. 

Serial No. 63936, circa 1880's ,11.7x54R, 35.5" round barrel. Barrel has turned to a dark grey patina, receiver still has traces of case coloring. Bore is near excellent with strong rifling. Stock has been lightly sanded at some point. Left side of receiver is marked with "Crown/M-1867". Cleaning rod is missing. 

NSN, circa 1840-1860, .70 caliber, 35.5" round barrel. Barrel and other iron parts are a dark grey/brown patina with light surface oxidation visible. Stock is good with a crack noted on the left side on by the lock plate screw. Action holds at half and full cock, bore is good with scattered areas of oxidation visible. 

NSN, made in 1885, 577/450, 21.5" round proofed barrel. Metal is a smooth dark grey patina with pin-prick surface oxidation noted. Bore is dark with strong rifling visible. Receiver is marked with "Crown/V.R./ENFIELD/1885/Broad Arrow/I.C.1." Stock shows minor handling and usage wear. Beautiful cartouches present right side of stock. Comes with original sling. Serial Number 1544, circa 1896, 7mm Mauser, 30" round barrel. Left side of the receiver is marked "O.V.S"/1544". Stock is marked the same, serial numbers are matching. Bore is good with pitting and frosting visible in the grooves. Strong rifling remains. Stock has expected nicks, dings and mars. The O.V.S. rifles were used the Boer Commandos for the Orange Free States. Action functions...

Serial Number 13432, circa 1878, .577/450 smoothbore, 33.25" round smoothbore barrel. Barrel and receiver are a light grey patina with scattered surface oxidation visible. Rifle has been converted to a smoothbore with a fixed rear sight. Stock has expected usage and handling marks. Action does not function correctly. Pulling the lever up causes the action to discharge.  

Serial No. 4681, circa 1895-1897 by DWM, 7x57mm, 29" round barrel. Bore is good with minor frosting visible in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Stock has been lightly sanded at one point. Right side is marked "J.S. VANDEMERWE". Records show Van Der Merwe was part of the Kroonstad Commando and was captured on February 7th 1902 in Paardekraal. Van Der Merwe would pass away at the age of 13...

Stock is dark with nicks, dings and scratches visible. A small crack is noted on the right side above the sling swivel. Action functions correctly, comes with sling.

Serial No: 81726 numbers matching. Made circa 1869. Chambered in 10.4x38mmR with a 32" Ocatagonal to round barrel. Bore has light pitting with strong rifling. Rifle has dull brown patina, wood has expected handling wear with nicks. Action functions properly.

Serial No. 182, circa 1862,  .451 caliber, 36" round proofed barrel with 96% original blue remaining. Top of the barrel is also marked with"Whitworth Patent". Hex bore is in near excellent condition with strong rifling noted. Lock is still has beautiful case coloring and is marked "1862/Enfield" rear of the hammer is "CROWN/V.R" Stock shows minimal handling and usage wear with handsome...

Serial No. 6495U, made by Steyer in 1890, 8mm, 29.25" sleeved barrel. Rifle was repurposed my the Turkish Army during WW1. Receiver is marked with the Turkish crest. Bore is bright with strong rifling visible. Stock has been lightly sanded at some point. Action is smooth and functions correctly with a tight lock up. 

Serial No. A702, circa 1896, 7x57mm, 29.5" round barrel. Spanish American War era Model 1893 Mauser bolt action rifle. Crest is faint on the receiver, blue finish is thinning to a grey patina. Bore is dull with strong rifling visible. Stock has expected nicks, dings and scratches. Serial numbers are non-matching. 

Serial No. 5871G, made in 1896, 6.5x53R,31" round barrel, bolt is non-matching. Metal is a grey patina with scattered areas of oxidation visible. Bore has strong rifling visible. Stock shows visible dings, scratches and gouges. Action functions correctly. 

Serial No. 37854, made in 1893, 8x58mm, 33" round barrel. Metal is a smooth grey patina with scattered freckling noted. Bore is good with minor frosting visible in the grooves. Stock shows minor handling wear with arsenal tag on the right side. Action functions correctly.

NSN, circa 1861-1865, .58 caliber, 37" round barrel. Metal is an overall brown patina with scattered staining and pitting. Stock is solid with hand worn usage wear noted. Action functions correctly with matching assembly marks on most parts. The initials "LS" are carved into the stock. These imported rifles were used by both sides during the civil war. 

This 7.5X55mm Swiss caliber model 1896/11 was upgraded by the Swiss to Model 1911 configuration from the original Model 1889/96 configuration.
