Serial No. 1894, circa 1850-1880's, .41 caliber, 30" octagonal barrel marked "J.O. ROBSON-BUFFALO/1894". Barrel is a smooth brown patina with freckled oxidation noted. Made circa 1810. 1 1/8” bore with a 14 ½” barrel. The barrel has some of the original brown Damascus patter with small pin point spots of pitting. The wood is excellent with nice sharp checkering. Noth the barrel and lock have Mortimer markings.
