Colt Single Action Army .38-40 caliber revolver. Manufactured in 1907. Comes with Colt factory letter showing the gun was shipped to Simmons Hardware in St. Louis Mo. March 8,1907. Letter confirms barrel length, caliber and blue finish. Bore is excellent. Action works perfectly. The revolver has approximately 70% blue . Case colors have faded. Grips show handling wear but no chips or cracks....

Gun has a fine pair of Mellow GLO ivory grips, no chips. There are ace lings on the bottom of the grips as do almost all old ivory grips. These are not cracks. Very handsome Colt single action in very good overall condition.
