Bore is .60 caliber. Barrel length is 28½” and overall is 45”. Barrel is marked “Inglicsh Casting Steel”. Lock is signed F.W. Moritz. The cock employs a blocking safety. The action is a right and left side feature....

Percussion European Boys Musket. 25" barrel. Steel buttplate; all other furniture is brass. Lock is not marked. Stock has been cleaned and has a 7 in a circle. Probably a school gun. Has a French look but could be Belgian. Butt, hammer, and barrel have dark patina. Cupped hammer face nipple is fine.
