Colt 1902 Alaskan Model Revolver. .45 LC made in 1901. 75% of the original blue finish. Action locks up tight and works properly. Bore is excellent. The 1902s were issued to the U.S. Government and have various Inspectors markings. The differed from the 1878s by the enlarged trigger guards. Despite the collector’s term “Alaskan Model” these guns were not made for cold weather climates, they were issued entirely into the Philippines.
