On June 26th 1917, the first doughboy’s set foot on French soil and began their march toward the frontline trenches of the western front. Collectors Firearms has put together this set of original gear that would have been issued to our soldiers. Model 1917 U.S. Army helmet. Has intact liner and chin strap. U.S. Army issued M1917 Colt .45 ACP Revolver. Bore is excellent. Gun holds 95% original bluing. Grips are in great shape with minor wear. Overall near excellent condition revolver! G&K Holster. Dated 1918. Leather is soft and in great overall condition. U.S. Model 1910 Mills pistol belt. Great condition no tears in the material. U.S. 1917 revolver 3-pocket ammo pouch. Excellent shape, no tearing or stain noted. WWI ear poster of a Doughboy heading off to war.
