Remington New Model Navy factory conversion tow .38 Rimfire. Beautiful gun has 90% bright lustrous blue. Bore is excellent. Hammer has 100% case colors. Grips are excellent. Frame has a “39” on left side about 1000 of these were sent to Remington after the war for conversion. Some did not have the navy anchor. The “39” possibly is a rack number. This is an outstanding example of a New Model Navy conversion with ejector rod and a lot of blue!
