Rock Island Arsenal 1903 .30-06 SPRG caliber rifle. NRA model and so marked on floor plate. 1913 dated on barrel and on perfect cartouche. Rock Island sling is dated 1916. Bore is excellent. Stock is near excellent except that the length of pull is 12" so it was shortened for a boy most likely long ago. These NRA's in real nice shape sell for $5,000 or more. Because of the stock, this one is very reasonably priced.
