Colt 1878 Double Action revolver. Mexico shipped this gun in well above average condition for a gun that went to Mexico. Usually one finds Mexican shipped guns to be worn out and severely pitted, but this one is an exception. Metal is nice and sharp and all of the markings are present. This gun has a very old refinish. This gun was shipped to A. Combaluzier who was a retailer that was also selling to the military. The left hand side of the sunburst in between which was how the Mexican military marked their guns. This gun also comes with a factory letter. Very good example of a hard to find Mexican issued gun!
