Colt 1849 Pocket Model with Case and Accessories. 4” Barrel in .31 caliber. Manufactured approximately in 1854. Bore is very good plus. Action works, indexes and locks up perfectly. Barrel and cylinder have approximately 93-95% blue. Cylinder scene is 100% clear. All numbers are matching. Grips are excellent with 98-99% original varnish. Grips have some very minor handling marks. Has a correct period case for this revolver and has been relined with the exterior refinished. Case has an original double-sided eagle flask and bullet mold which shows some use. This leads us to believe the wear on the Colts Patent mold was not original to this case. Case has an Eley cap can with several .31 caliber round and conical balls. Overall, this is an attractive outfit with a very fine 1849 Pocket Model Reasonably priced set!
