Blunt & Syms Single Shot Side Hammer Pistol. Barrel length 4”. Caliber .44. Pistol is all iron including the forend. Forend has a Chevron pattern where the forend meet the frame. Frame is foliate engraved. Action works perfectly. Manufactured 1840’s to 1850’s. No barrel markings. Grips are factory checkered wood very good condition, no chips or cracks. Good plus to very good condition.
