This complete field surgeons kit with large bone saws (used in amputations), trepanning device for inter cranial surgery, tourniquet, surgeons’ silk and suture, five surgical knives, and a wicked looking instrument for hooking flesh or tendons, etc. With most instruments have checkered wooden handles (post Civil War kits come with metal handles).
