Colt Diamondback .38 Revolver. Engraved for Buddy Hackett. Colt Diamondback .38 Special 4” blue revolver custom engraved for legendary comedian and gun collector Buddy Hackett by master engraver Joseph Condon. Features oak leaf engraving with a gold inlaid panther on the frame and gold bands on the barrel. The underside of the barrel is inscribed “Eng. for Buddy Hackett by J. Condon.” Condon was known as the “engraver to the stars”. He was based in Las Vegas and did engraving work for many celebrity gun enthusiasts such as Elvis Presly, Frank Sinatra, Jerry Lewis, and of course Buddy Hackett. This is a beautiful and historic gun, in excellent condition.
