Smith & Wesson Victory .38 Special (PR50809)

Smith & Wesson Victory .38 Special caliber revolver. Unusual Victory model as it was rebored in Australia to .38 Special and marked on left side of frame. Right side of frame is marked FTR (factory thorough repair) and also marked ANF USA. Broad arrow mark near the FTR mark. The ANF mark also has a broad arrow. Barrel is marked .38 S&W CTG. The bottom of the grip is marked in very small letters, Liberty Arms. Research show Liberty Arms in Montrose Ca. in the late 1960’s. Lend Lease revolver that is marked well.
