Colt 1860 Army U.S. Cavalry (C9105 )

Colt 1860 Army U.S. Marked revolver. Very fine condition for one of these guns. This is one of the guns that was refurbished after the Civil War. The guns were taken apart, finished and then reassembled with no attempt to put the guns back together matching. Gun is very good especially for one of these guns. Very good blue and case colors are present. Grips have been refinished. "US" stamping was added at time of refurbishing. These guns were issued to the buffalo soldiers as cartridge guns were coming in and the buffalo soldiers always received hand me downs. Very nice gun with good history.
