German Single Shot Target Pistol (PR52310)

German single shot target pistol, Barrel length is 13 inches from muzzle to breech. This pistol has no makers name  but has a Crown U proof under the barrel and with the forend removed no other markings. Pistol has been completely textured with a fine non glare finish which we have not seen before. The bore is excellent. The pistol has adjustable double set triggers and very fine checkering on the forend and pistol grip with no worn or flattened  checkering. The buttcap is of horn.  The rear sight is adjustable for elevation , but not for windage. The action is opened by cocking the hammer and pulling the triggerguard forward and the breech  block rolls back. The caliber is .22 but we think it is some European Proprietary Ammumition. Very well made target pistol in the German tradition.
