Winchester 1873 Rifle .38-40 (AW124)

Made in 1889. 38-40 caliber with a  24” barrel. Barrel and frame have a brown patina with some spots of pitting. Wood is good. The left hand side of the butt stock has a chip. The right hand side of the stock has a split that has been stabilized and repaired. Bore has a ring. Roughly from 8” from the muzzle the rifling ceases and looks smooth. The rest of the bore is dark with pitting. Action works well.
