French Dragoon Musket Model 1777 “Corrigé An IX”. Metal has a light grey patina, appears to have been cleaned at some point. Inscription on lockplate is hard to read “Maubeuge Manufacture Imperial”. Wood is good, shows minor handling usage. These muskets were heavily used during the Napoleonic campaigns.
