Special Order Winchester 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine 44-40 (AW230)

Scarce special order saddle ring carbine with half tube magazine (Button Magazine). Manufactured in 1888. Barrel is 20". Metal has a gray patina. Address markings are sharp and easily visible. Action works perfectly. Bore has strong rifling with pitting. Stock has a crack by saddle ring, and has field wear. A desirable 44-40 caliber special order saddle ring carbine.
