Marlin Ballard No. 3 Fine Gallery Rifle .22LR (AL5889)

Single-shot rifle with 24" octagonal barrel. These rifles were manufactured from 1876-1891. The bore has good rifling and is frosty in the grooves. The barrel has 98% of its original blue finish. The action works perfectly. The receiver is factory nickel plated. The buttstock is good with some wear and two very old hairline cracks that will not be a problem since this is a .22LR rifle. Overall the condition is very good.
