Swiss K31 Carbine with Diopter Sights (R31012)

This 7.5mm Swiss caliber Model 31 carbine is equipped for target shooting, a Swiss national sport. The approx. 26" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The gun has approx. 98% finish. The top of the chamber has the Swiss cross in shield marking. The serial number is matching on the receiver, bolt, magazine, and barrel (last 3 digits). The rifle is equippedd with a peep style front sight mounted over the standard front sight. The diopter rear sight is marked RW and is complete. The gun has Bern proof marks. There are light import marks on the muzzle end of the barrel. The stock is excellent with scattered usage dents and finish loss. It has the Swiss cross stamped on the right butt. The action functions correctly. This is a super Swiss Model 31 target rifle.
