Serial Number 3865. Made late 1850s to early 1860s. 36 caliber with a 27” barrel. Beautiful example with 90% of the original blue finish. Wood is very fine with feathering to the burled walnut. Action works perfect. Absolutely beautiful example of a Colt 1855 Sporting Rifle!
