This is a NON-GUN replica of the German WWII MP44 assault rifle. It is made with a mix of original and new dummy parts. There is no operating mechanism and the receiver appears to be aluminum. Except for a few random numbers on what appears to be an original buttstock, there are no visible markings. The overall weight appears to be about that of an original MP44. About the only parts that move are the trigger, safety, selector, and rear sight. If you're a reenactor or just want to impress your neighbors, this replica MP44 non-gun is for you.
