Remington New Model Army .44 Caliber (AH6055)

Single action percussion revolver with 8" Octagonal barrel. The bore has very good rifling with some corrosion in the grooves. The action works. There is a "H" and "R" marked on the left side of the frame and a "D" marked on the left side of the barrel. The metal has a brown and gray patina. The grips are in very good condition with a faint outline of a cartouche on the left grip. Overall a good plus Civil War revolver.
