Winchester-Hotchkiss 3rd Model 1883 musket .45-70 (AW274)

Winchester-Hotchkiss 3rd Model 1883 musket chambered in 45-70. Serial number is 82668. Barrel is 28" in length. Overall good condition with traces of original case coloring visible on the receiver. Stock is good with some minor wear. Bore is bright with strong rifling present. Metal has a grey patina with surface oxidation. Bolt handle has been turned down, this is commonly found on rifles that were purchased by California in 1915.
