Serial number 82768 U.S. Springfield Model 1873 cadet rifle chambered in .45-70 with a 30" barrel. Overall good condition with correct early style cleaning rod. Metal is smooth plum/brown patina, wood is good with handling wear noted. Cartouches are visible, bore is good with strong rifling.
