NSN, .58 caliber 40" round rifled barrel Colt Special contract 1861 musket in overall good condition. Metal is a grey patina with mottled areas of oxidation visible. Wood is good with minor handling and usage wear noted with cartouche present. Action functions correctly, lock and barrel are dated 1864.
