Smith & Wesson Triple Lock Revolver .44 Special (PR62696) (Consignment)

SN: 6538. Made around 1910. .44 Special caliber with a 5" barrel. Bore is fair, with pitting and good rifling. Factory refinished S&W Triple Lock revolver with nickel finish. The grip frame is stamped "R-N" and "176", indicating it was re-nickeled in January of 1976. The polishing is excellent with all markings clear. The grips are later style diamond checkered Magnas numbered in the 99,000 range. One of the grips has a small chip out of the bottom, otherwise the gun is excellent as refinished.
