Japanese Matchlock (AL2570)

Japanese Matchlock heavy barrel large bore (about .75 or .80 caliber). 30" heavy barrel. Gun weighs 12 lbs. 44" overall. Stock has a Meiji registration date and seal (Meiji 17 date). There is also the province registration on the stock but we donít know which province. Heavy barrel matchlocks are usually short. This one is unusual for its length.
