Paul Scholberg Side by Side 12 Gauge shotgun. Very fine Liege made shotgun by Paul Scholberg. Gun has automatic ejectors, articulated front trigger, and scalloped frame. Gun is engraved with fine scroll and floral patterns. LOP is 14¼” over a Pachmayr pad. Checkering on the buttstock is excellent and has a raised central ridge on both sides of the grip. Forend wood and checkering are excellent except for a small mar in the checkering. Barrels are 27½”. Chokes are 10 thou and 15 thou, which equates to a light modified and even lighter modified choke. Gun has 98% bright case colors, and 98% blue. The underside of the barrels, attached to the bottom rib, is a small silver nameplate of the previous owner which looks very tasteful and is held on by two tiny screws. Could easily be replaced with a new nameplate or just use some filler screws with no nameplate. Very well made shotgun with all the nice features.
