DWM 1895 Mauser 7x57mm caliber rifle. (AL3167)

DWM 1895 Mauser 7x57mm caliber rifle. Made in 1897 by DWM for Mexico. Matching serial numbers on the receiver, stock and floor plate. The bore has strong rifling and is dark in the grooves. The wood shows dents and dings with a minor crack behind the top tang. The markings are crisp on the receiver. The barrel does have a crack 2 3/4" long from the muzzle rearward. With the barrel crack aside, this is a very good example of an early Mexican Mauser Not For Firing!
