Maynard Model 1873 .40 caliber rifle. Barrel length is .32”. Stock s are checkered. Frame has approximately 90% vivid case colors. Barrel has 98% original blue. Rear sight is the elevated type. Stocks are near excellent, and checkering is excellent. The action works perfectly. Rear barrel sight has a blank in the dovetail. Front sight is a folding beech. Bore is mirror bright with strong rifling. Very fine Maynard rifle!
