Winchester 1866 rifle (W6527)
Winchester 1866 rifle. Made in 1869. This is a correct 1866 rifle. The barrel has a brown patina. The barrel address is visible and legible. There is a well done repair on the barrel behind the barrel address. The rear sight was shortened and altered. The brass has typical dings and marks. The wood is correct. This is a gun that looks like it was on the frontier and actually used. Action works perfectly. Good solid Winchester 1866!
