Winchester Model 1866 .44 Centerfire caliber Saddle Ring carbine. Gun is 155XXX serial. Last 66s were sometimes sent out as centerfire .44 caliber. Factory letter says gun was shipped 1887. Condition is very good plus with 90% blue on barrel and tube, beginning to thin a little. Brass is fine light honey color and is very sharp. Bore is very good and stock is very good. Exceptionally fine carbine!
